Service Standards

We commit to providing services with professional skill and care appropriate to industry standards, using clean facilities and qualified staff.

Booking and Appointments

Appointment Booking

• Appointments must be booked in advance
• Booking confirmation provided via email or SMS
• Appointment times are estimates and may vary
• We reserve the right to refuse service if not in the pet's best interest

Cancellation Policy

• Minimum 24 hours notice required to avoid cancellation fees
• Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of service cost
• No-shows incur full service charge
• Free rescheduling available with 24+ hours notice

Pet Health and Safety

Health Requirements

For safety of all pets, we require:

• Current vaccinations
• Flea and tick prevention
• Disclosure of health conditions and medications
• Disclosure of previous grooming trauma

Age and Behavior Considerations

• Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old and fully vaccinated
• Aggressive pets may be refused service for safety
• Additional charges may apply for difficult pets
• Humane restraints may be used for safety

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

• Prices based on pet size, coat condition, and services
• Additional charges apply for severely matted coats
• Prices subject to change with reasonable notice

Payment Terms

• Payment due at time of service completion
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments

Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

We maintain professional liability insurance and take every precaution for pet safety. Our liability is limited to:

• Direct cost of grooming service provided
• Reasonable veterinary costs for injuries caused by our negligence
• Maximum liability limit of $5,000 per incident

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing health conditions
• Natural reactions to grooming
• Stress-related conditions in anxious pets
• Discovery of pre-existing health issues
• Coat damage due to severe matting

Service Limitations

Matted Coats

• Severely matted coats may require complete shaving
• We cannot guarantee coat appearance when matting is severe
• Additional time and charges apply for dematting work

Medical Conditions

• Pets with medical conditions may require veterinary clearance
• We may refuse service if pet's health is at risk
• Modified services may be recommended for senior pets

Legal Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
